Malaysia Airlines gifts complimentary Hygiene Kit for all passengers

KLIA, 14 July 2020: Malaysia Airlines has embarked on the next phase of Malaysia Aviation Group’s “Fly Confidently” campaign by gifting all passengers with complimentary Hygiene Kits to provide them with greater peace of mind when they travel with the airline.

Effective 13 July 2020, all passengers will receive the complimentary hygiene kits which come with a non-surgical face mask, a sachet of hand sanitiser and a sachet of sanitary wipes, hygienically packed in a sealed zip-lock small sized pouch which is perfect for passengers to comfortably keep in their pockets.

Malaysia Airlines’ Group Chief Marketing and Customer Experience Officer, Lau Yin May emphasized that, “Malaysia Airlines is committed to ensuring that we provide our passengers an end-to-end travel experience that assures them the peace of mind they need when they travel with us.”

This latest initiative seeks to make flying safer and further restore the confidence of passengers, besides championing health and safety initiatives in accordance with international best practices coupled with medical and sanitary recommendations.
