How to sign up​

1. If you are an existing Enrich member, go to malaysiaairlines.com/MHexplorer and click "Login". ​

2. If you are not yet an Enrich member, go to malaysiaairlines.com/MHexplorer and click "Sign up". ​

3. Fill in your email address and continue. ​

4. You will receive a verification code. Type it in and click "Verify". ​

5. Fill in your password and all remaining mandatory fields. ​

6. Upload your supporting document. You may submit your Student ID/Offer letter/a scanned copy of your identification card (IC). ​

7. You have completed your sign up! Now just wait for approval, which will take around 14 days. ​

Malaysian (13-17): IC ​

Malaysian (18-26): IC + Student ID / Offer letter ​

Foreigner (13-17): Passport ​

Foreigner (18-26): Passport + Student ID / Offer letter ​

MHexplorer fares are available for outbound travel originating from all Malaysia Airlines and Firefly-operated flights and networks. This excludes codeshare flights and flights to/from Jeddah and Madinah.  ​

 

Friends and family benefit​

A promo code will be sent to all MHexplorer registered email address every quarter. To make booking, just head to the flight search bar on the Malaysia Airlines website and enter promo code.​

 

Firefly Air Cargo​

MHexplorer members will need to display proof of membership to Firefly personnel for the redemption of 20% Firefly Air Cargo discount.  ​

Terms and conditions

  • MHexplorer programme is open to: ​
    • All students aged 13-17 years old. Students are required to provide a copy of their Identification Card (IC) (for Malaysian students) or passport copy (for international students).​
    • All students aged 18-26 years old. Students are required to provide a confirmation letter from their university or a valid student ID.​
  • MHexplorer fares are available for outbound travel originating from all Malaysia Airlines and Firefly-operated flights and networks. This excludes codeshare flights and flights to/from Jeddah and Madinah. ​
  • MHexplorer members will need to display proof of membership to Firefly personnel for the redemption of 20% Firefly Air Cargo discount. ​Bookings shall only be made through on www.malaysiaairlines.com/MHexplorer by MHexplorer members. ​
  • Bookings made through this program shall be classified under passenger type STUDENT. ​
  • Applications shall be processed within seven (7) working days from the date of enrolment. ​
  • Malaysia Airlines reserves its full rights to approve or to reject any application for this program due to any reasons whatsoever and shall not be subject to any appeal and/or any legal actions. ​
  • Malaysia Airlines reserves its absolute rights to cancel booking or deny boarding in the event of abuse of the programme in any ways whatsoever or if any action of fraud was detected. ​
