- Booking must be done for a group of 10 or more passengers travelling together on the same flight, date, and itinerary.
- The price offered will be based on the flights/times requested. If you have indicated a date range where the passengers are flexible, we will offer the available lower fare option.
- Notice for special meal requirements must be given at least 48 hours prior to departure, and preferably at the time of booking.
- Group seating selection requires a notice period of at least seven (7) working days prior to departure.
- Note that the services above may not be available in certain sectors and/or selected airports.
- Terms and conditions apply according to group size, aircraft type, and flight origin/destination.
- Bookings may only be made on https://groups.malaysiaairlines.com/ by MHGroupbooking.
- Bookings made through this system shall be classified under passenger type Group booking.
- Malaysia Airlines reserves the right to approve or reject any application for this program.
- Malaysia Airlines reserves the right to cancel booking or deny boarding if any abuse of the program or fraudulent being detected.
