Malaysia Airlines Gives Sneak Peek of Latest Brand Campaign
KLIA, 22 March 2018: Malaysia Airlines today gave an exclusive sneak preview of its new brand campaign at its newly refurbished Golden Lounge in KL International Airport (KLIA) to the media.
Rebranded Malaysian Hospitality Begins With Us, Malaysia Airlines will be paving the airline with a unique end to end experience with warm, genuine, and efficient service from the heart, which Malaysia Airlines has been long known for.
Speaking at the event, Malaysia Airlines Group CEO Izham Ismail said, “We are re-emphasising to the world that Malaysian Hospitality Begins with Us. Embracing that we represent the traditions of Malaysia combined with the promise of the future.
“As the national carrier we represent worldwide the warmth, humility and hospitality that Malaysia is famous for. Our diversity, heritage and culture are our reference and the roots of our brand promise. It all truly begins with us. “
“The unique end to end experience with warm, genuine, and efficient service from the heart – that is Malaysia Airlines. We have already started in earnest, training over 300 front line staff in service excellence to ensure the Malaysian Hospitality is part of their DNA,” he added.
The introduction of the Malaysian Hospitality campaign will see the airline releasing a new TV commercial in the coming weeks, in print ad and outdoor as well as across all social media platforms. The brand campaign will also be expanded beyond Malaysia.
Malaysia Airlines aims to elevate travel into a truly Malaysian experience which is the intent of Malaysian Hospitality. Malaysian Hospitality encompasses all aspects of customer experience which and has already been reflected in its products and services including the newly refurbished lounges in KLIA, various digital innovations, new wide-body aircraft and the introduction of the latest Best of Malaysia menu on-board.
