Narita International Airport and Kansai International Airport Lounge
Malaysia Airlines recently signed a new agreement with Japan Airlines for the use of their airport lounge at Narita International Airport and Kansai International Airport. This marked another milestone in the Malaysia Airlines - Japan Airlines joint business partnership, in which both carriers leverage on each other’s strengths to provide customers with the best travel experience.
Effective 1 February 2021, eligible passengers traveling from Tokyo will have access to Japan Airlines lounges at the Main Building or Satellite Building at Narita International Airport. At the Main Building, based on eligibility, passengers can either access the First Class Lounge located at 4th Floor, Main Building Terminal 2, or the Sakura Lounge located at the 3rd Floor, Main Building.
For passengers traveling from Osaka, eligible passengers can access the Kansai International Airport Sakura Lounge which is located at South Wing, 2nd Floor.
Due to COVID-19 pandemic, the lounge opening hours might vary and some lounges might be closed. Passengers are advised to refer to Japan Airlines website or their representative on the latest updates as the changes are unscheduled and will come intermittently.
