Malaysia Airlines Relocates Check-In Services to Terminal 4 at London Heathrow Airport

Effective 22 June 2022, Malaysia Airlines’ operations at London Heathrow Airport will be relocated to Terminal 4 from Terminal 2. Prior to this effect date, check-in services will remain at Terminal 2, Level 5, Departure Hall.

Malaysia Airlines check-in counters will be located at Zone D, Level 2, Departure Hall, Terminal 4. Passengers can refer to the flight information display screen (FIDS) for check-in information upon arrival at the airport. Passengers are encouraged to arrive at the terminal early to allow sufficient time for check-in and security screening as longer queues are expected during this period.

There will be no change in the check-in counter operations, which opens four (4) hours before the scheduled flight departure time and closes sixty (60) minutes before the scheduled flight departure time.

Passengers are highly encouraged to check-in online via the airline’s mobile app or website at to save some time at the airport.

For ticket purchase, Malaysia Airlines’ ticket office is located at Pod 2, Level 2, Departure Hall, Terminal 4.
