ระยะเวลาโปรโมชั่น ตั้งแต่วันที่ 27 เมษายน 2569 เวลา 15:00:00 ถึงวันที่ 26 มิถุนายน 2569 เวลา 23:59:59 (เวลาปักกิ่ง) เงื่อนไขบัตรที่ร่วมรายการ บัตร UnionPay ที่ขึ้นต้นด้วยเลข 62 และ 81 รายละเอียดโปรโมชั่น จองตั๋วเครื่องบิน Malaysia Airlines ผ่าน UnionPay รับส่วนลดทันทีสูงสุด MYR150 ในช่วงแคมเปญระหว่างวันที่ 27 เมษายน 2569 ถึง 26 มิถุนายน 2569 ผู้ถือบัตร UnionPay (เลขบัตรขึ้นต้นด้วย 62 และ 81) ที่ชำระเงินผ่านเว็บไซต์หรือแอปพลิเคชัน Malaysia Airlines (ไม่รวม WeChat Pay, Alipay, PayPal, Internet Banking หรือช่องทางอื่นที่ไม่ใช่ UnionPay) จะได้รับส่วนลดดังนี้: ข้อเสนอ 1: ใช้จ่ายตั้งแต่ MYR1,500 ขึ้นไปต่อรายการ รับส่วนลด MYR100 ข้อเสนอ 2: ใช้จ่ายตั้งแต่ MYR2,500 ขึ้นไปต่อรายการ รับส่วนลด MYR150 • บัตร UnionPay แต่ละใบ ใช้สิทธิ์แต่ละข้อเสนอได้ 1 ครั้ง/เดือน • ใช้สิทธิ์ได้สูงสุด 3 ครั้ง/ระดับยอดใช้จ่าย ตลอดระยะเวลาโปรโมชั่น • 1 รายการสั่งซื้อ ใช้ได้เพียง 1 สิทธิ์ โดยระบบจะเลือกส่วนลดที่คุ้มค่าสูงสุดให้อัตโนมัติ หมายเหตุ 1. ส่วนลดจะไม่แสดงข้อมูลในหน้าชำระเงิน โดยผู้ถือบัตรจะได้รับ SMS ยืนยันจากธนาคารผู้ออกบัตรหลังชำระเงินสำเร็จ 2. สิทธิ์มีจำนวนจำกัด ตามลำดับการจองก่อน-หลัง 3. ส่วนลดจะได้รับทันที หรือภายในวันถัดไป (ในบางกรณีอาจใช้เวลาสูงสุด 2 สัปดาห์) ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขโปรโมชั่น 1. ระยะเวลาโปรโมชั่น: แคมเปญนี้มีผลตั้งแต่วันที่ 27 เมษายน 2569 เวลา 15:00:00 ถึงวันที่ 26 มิถุนายน 2569 เวลา 23:59:59 (เวลาปักกิ่ง) หรือจนกว่าสิทธิ์ในแคมเปญจะถูกใช้ครบตามจำนวนที่กำหนด แล้วแต่กรณีใดจะเกิดขึ้นก่อน 2. คุณสมบัติผู้เข้าร่วมรายการ: แคมเปญนี้สำหรับผู้ถือบัตร UnionPay ที่มีหมายเลขบัตรขึ้นต้นด้วย 62 หรือ 81 ที่ยังมีสถานะใช้งานปกติ 3. วิธีการเข้าร่วมรายการ: ผู้เข้าร่วมต้องทำการจองบัตรโดยสารผ่านเว็บไซต์หรือแอปพลิเคชันของ Malaysia Airlines และชำระเงินด้วยบัตร UnionPay ผ่านเครือข่าย UnionPay เท่านั้น ทั้งนี้ ไม่รวมถึงการผ่อนชำระ การชำระผ่าน Internet Banking หรือช่องทางบุคคลที่สาม เช่น WeChat Pay, Alipay, PayPal หรือช่องทางอื่นใดที่ไม่ได้ดำเนินการผ่านเครือข่าย UnionPay 4. รายละเอียดข้อเสนอ • ข้อเสนอ 1: ใช้จ่ายตั้งแต่ MYR1,500 ขึ้นไปต่อรายการ รับส่วนลด MYR100 • ข้อเสนอ 2: ใช้จ่ายตั้งแต่ MYR2,500 ขึ้นไปต่อรายการ รับส่วนลด MYR150 5. ข้อจำกัดการใช้สิทธิ์: ผู้ถือบัตรแต่ละใบสามารถใช้สิทธิ์ในแต่ละข้อเสนอได้สูงสุด 1 ครั้งต่อเดือนปฏิทิน และไม่เกิน 3 ครั้งต่อระดับยอดใช้จ่ายตลอดระยะเวลาแคมเปญ สิทธิ์มีจำนวนจำกัด และเป็นไปตามลำดับก่อน-หลัง (first-come, first-served) 6. เงื่อนไขการคืนเงินและยกเลิกรายการ: ในกรณีที่มีการยกเลิกหรือคืนเงิน จะคืนเฉพาะยอดเงินสุทธิที่ผู้ถือบัตรได้ชำระจริงเท่านั้น โดยไม่รวมมูลค่าส่วนลด และให้ถือว่าสิทธิ์ดังกล่าวได้ถูกใช้ไปแล้ว 7. จำนวนเงินที่เรียกเก็บและอัตราแลกเปลี่ยน: มูลค่าส่วนลดจะไม่แสดงในหน้าชำระเงินของสายการบิน โดยผู้ถือบัตรจะได้รับการแจ้งเตือนผ่าน SMS จากธนาคารผู้ออกบัตรภายหลังจากการชำระเงินสำเร็จ ยอดเรียกเก็บสุดท้ายให้เป็นไปตามบันทึกของธนาคารผู้ออกบัตร และอัตราแลกเปลี่ยนจะคำนวณตามอัตราของ UnionPay ณ วันที่ทำรายการ 8. ความถูกต้องของข้อมูล: ผู้ถือบัตรมีหน้าที่ต้องตรวจสอบและรับรองว่าข้อมูลที่ให้ไว้ถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน และเป็นปัจจุบัน หากเกิดความเสียหายจากข้อมูลที่ไม่ถูกต้อง ระบบขัดข้อง หรือปัญหาทางเครือข่าย UnionPay จะไม่รับผิดชอบในทุกกรณี 9. การใช้สิทธิ์โดยสุจริต: ผู้เข้าร่วมต้องปฏิบัติตามหลักสุจริต และต้องไม่กระทำการใด ๆ ในลักษณะทุจริตหรือแสวงหาประโยชน์โดยมิชอบ หากตรวจพบ UnionPay ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเพิกถอนสิทธิ์ เรียกคืนผลประโยชน์ และระงับการเข้าร่วมรายการในอนาคต 10. ความรับผิดและข้อจำกัดความรับผิด: แคมเปญนี้จัดขึ้นโดย UnionPay International Co., Ltd. ร่วมกับ Malaysia Airlines โดย UnionPay มิใช่ผู้ให้บริการสินค้าและ/หรือบริการ และไม่ต้องรับผิดชอบต่อคุณภาพ ความถูกต้อง หรือการให้บริการดังกล่าว 11. การเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนด: UnionPay International ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการแก้ไข เปลี่ยนแปลง ระงับ หรือยกเลิกข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขของแคมเปญนี้ ไม่ว่าทั้งหมดหรือบางส่วน โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า ภายใต้ขอบเขตที่กฎหมายกำหนด 12. ภาษา: ในกรณีที่มีความไม่สอดคล้องกันระหว่างฉบับภาษาไทย ภาษาอังกฤษและภาษาจีน ให้ถือฉบับภาษาจีนเป็นที่สุด 13. การติดต่อสอบถาม: ลูกค้าในประเทศมาเลเซียสามารถติดต่อศูนย์บริการลูกค้า UnionPay ได้ที่หมายเลข 1-800-813-410 ลูกค้าในประเทศอื่นสามารถติดต่อผ่านช่องทางบริการของ UnionPay International ตามที่กำหนดที่นี่ ข้อยกเว้นความรับผิด (Exception Clause) 1. ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขของโปรโมชั่นนี้ให้ใช้บังคับกับผู้ประกอบการ (Merchant) โดยรายละเอียดเพิ่มเติมสามารถสอบถามได้จากเจ้าหน้าที่บริการลูกค้า 2. UnionPay International มิได้เป็นผู้จำหน่ายหรือผู้ให้บริการสินค้าและ/หรือบริการใด ๆ ดังนั้น UnionPay International จะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อสินค้า บริการ หรือการดำเนินการใด ๆ ของผู้ประกอบการ ทั้งนี้ ภาระผูกพันและความรับผิดทั้งหมดที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสินค้า บริการ รวมถึงบริการที่เกี่ยวเนื่อง ให้เป็นความรับผิดชอบของผู้ประกอบการแต่เพียงผู้เดียว 3. การออกแบบ ข้อความ รูปภาพ และลิงก์ที่ปรากฏในหน้านี้ อนุญาตให้ใช้เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ในการประชาสัมพันธ์กิจกรรมของ UnionPay International เท่านั้น ภายหลังสิ้นสุดระยะเวลาโปรโมชั่น ลิงก์และเนื้อหาที่เกี่ยวข้องจะสิ้นสุดการใช้งานทันที ผู้ใช้งานมีหน้าที่ต้องลบเนื้อหาดังกล่าวโดยทันที ทั้งนี้ UnionPay International จะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายหรือผลกระทบใด ๆ ที่เกิดจากการไม่ดำเนินการลบภายในระยะเวลาที่เหมาะสม หรือการนำไปใช้งานโดยไม่เหมาะสม
