Malaysia Airlines to Relocate Check-In Services to Terminal 2 at Singapore Changi Airport

 

Effective 23 May 2023, Malaysia Airlines’ operations at Singapore Changi Airport (SIN) will be relocated to Terminal 2 from Terminal 1. Prior to this effect date, check-in services will remain at Terminal 1, Level 2, Departure Hall.

 

Malaysia Airlines check-in counters will be located at Row 6, Level 2, Departure Hall, Terminal 2 including self-service kiosks for check-in and baggage drop off facilities. Eligible passengers may access the SATS Premier Lounge located at Level 3, Terminal 2. Passengers can refer to the flight information display screen (FIDS) for check-in information upon arrival at the airport.

 

There will be no change in the check-in counter operations, which opens three (3) hours before the scheduled flight departure time and closes sixty (60) minutes before the scheduled flight departure time. Passengers are highly encouraged to check-in online via the airline’s mobile app or website to save some time at the airport.

 

The airline also wishes to remind passengers to update their contact details via ‘My Booking’ on Malaysia Airlines’ website to ensure they receive timely updates via email and SMS.
