Malaysia Airlines Celebrates Malaysia’s 63rd National Day in High Spirits

 

KLIA, 31 August 2020: In conjunction with Malaysia’s 63rd National Day, the national airline, Malaysia Airlines distributed the ‘Jalur Gemilang’ flags to passengers travelling with the airlines in high spirits with the theme of this year’s celebration – ‘Malaysia Prihatin’. Led by Malaysia Airlines’ Director of Flight Operations, Captain Hamdan Che Ismail, the passengers of flights MH2614 to Kota Kinabalu and MH2536 to Kuching today, were greeted and given the Malaysian flags and complimentary hygiene kits at the boarding gates while adhering to the new norms.

 

Additionally, a special ‘Jalur Gemilang’ pandan flavoured cake by MAS Awana, the lounge service provider was prepared for its Domestic Golden Lounge KLIA’s passengers. Passengers jointly did the cake cutting in the spirit of patriotism and togetherness, as Malaysia Airlines continues to celebrate diversity and drive equality in gender, race and religion.
