Who are we looking for? Malaysia Airlines cabin crew are dedicated and charismatic individuals. We proudly pin our wings on the very best. In order to be eligible, candidates must meet the following requirements:​ Proficient in both written and spoken English (knowledge of additional languages, particularly your native language, is advantageous).​ Aged from 18-35 years old.​ Possess strong teamwork skills and have a passion for customer service.​ Personality traits should include being attentive, helpful, courteous, polite and respectful.​ For female applicants, a minimum height of 157cm is required, while male applicants must be at least 165cm tall.​ Capable of fulfilling the employment visa requirements of Malaysia and other relevant countries.​ Minimum education requirement of diploma certification or equivalent in any discipline.​ No visible tattoos while wearing the cabin crew uniform.​

Dressing appropriately for a cabin crew interview is important as it reflects professionalism and attention to detail. Here are some tips:

For Male Candidates Opt for a well-fitted suit in black, navy blue, or gray. Wear a long-sleeved dress shirt in a sloid color or subtle pattern. Choose tailored trousers in a complementary colour. Wear polished, closed-toe dress shoes in black or dark brown. Pay attention to personal grooming.

For Female Candidates Opt for a well-fitted suit with a skirt in black, navy blue, or gray. Wear a long-sleeved blouse or shirt. Ensure your skirt falls at or below the knee. Wear closed-toe dress shoes with a moderate heel. Pay attention to personal grooming.

For Both Candidates Ensure clothes are clean and free from wrinkles. Keep accessories simple and minimal. Ensure moderate grooming (hair, makeup) and avoid strong fragrances.
