Malaysia Airlines understands the crucial and time-sensitive nature of government travel, which is why we provide this service to ensure official government travel of the Government of Malaysia (GOM) on WPUA/WPM is both smooth and in accordance with the directives from the Ministry of Finance and the Prime Minister’s Office. We coordinate and organise communications between GOM and travel agents, ensuring that all WPUA/WPM policies are strictly observed.

Ticket refund If you’re looking to refund your tickets, they can be processed online through the MHGOM Portal. For tickets issued before June 2021 kindly email [email protected] for refund.
