Malaysia Airlines Relocates Check-In Services to Terminal 2 at London Heathrow Airport 

 

Effective 04 May 2020, Malaysia Airlines operations at London Heathrow will be relocated to Terminal 2 from Terminal 4 until further notice. This is due to the terminal consolidation by Heathrow Airport Limited arising from the reduced passenger capacity at all terminals in London Heathrow because of COVID-19.

 

Malaysia Airlines check-in counters are located at Terminal 2, Level 5 Departure Hall.  Passengers can refer to the flight information display screen (FIDS) for check-in information upon arrival at the airport. Passengers are encouraged to arrive at the terminal early to allow sufficient time for check-in and security screening as longer queues are expected during this period.

 

There will be no change in the check-in counter operations, which opens four (4) hours before the scheduled flight departure time and closes sixty (60) minutes before the scheduled flight departure time.

 

Passengers are highly encouraged to check-in online via the airline’s mobile app or website at www.malaysiaairlines.com to save some time at the airport.

 

For ticket purchase, Malaysia Airline’s ticket office is located at Level 2, Arrival Hall.
