Note:

• Booking must be done for a group of 10 or more passengers travelling together on the same flight, date and itinerary. 
  

• The price offered will be based on the flights/times requested. If you have indicated a date range where the passengers are flexible, we will offer the available lower fare option. 

• Notice for special meal requirements must be given at least 48 hours prior to departure, and preferably at the time of booking. 

• Group seating selection requires a notice period of at least seven (7) working days prior to departure. 

• Note that the services above may not be available in certain sectors and/or selected airports.
