Kumpulan Penerbangan Malaysia (MAG) merupakan organisasi penerbangan global dengan anak syarikat dan pelaburan ekuiti yang dibahagikan kepada empat segmen perniagaan yang berbeza: Perkhidmatan Pengangkutan Udara, Perkhidmatan Darat, Pajakan Pesawat dan Pembangunan Bakat. Struktur kumpulan ini telah diwujudkan untuk memacu ketelusan dan pengurusan terfokus yang lebih baik dalam kalangan setiap anak syarikat yang beroperasi, mewujudkan anak syarikat yang berteraskan keuntungan bagi perniagaan syarikat ini yang lain.  Ini memastikan kebertanggungjawaban keuntungan dan kerugian serta membuka nilai pelbagai aset dengan memacu kecekapan operasi pada tahap yang baharu.

Segmen penyumbang terbesar Kumpulan ini ialah Perkhidmatan Pengangkutan Udara kami yang menempatkan Malaysia Airlines Berhad, Firefly dan MASwings, pengangkut rangkaian yang memberikan perkhidmatan dalam pasaran global dan domestik dan semua segmen penumpang. Bahagian MAB Kargo yang menyediakan kargo standard, ekspres dan khas juga berada di bawah kumpulan ini. Kumpulan ini juga merangkumi perkhidmatan pengendalian darat, kejuruteraan, kemudahan latihan serta syarikat pajakan pesawat yang khusus untuk menyediakan penyelesaian pajakan penerbangan yang disesuaikan dan kompetitif.
