Organiser The 2X Enrich Points Flight Campaign - October 2026 ("Promotion") is organised by Enrich by Malaysia Airlines Berhad (“Organiser”). Promotion Period Booking Period: 26 October 2026 to 15 November 2026 (00:00 MYT - 23:59 MYT) Travel Period: 26 October 2026 to 31 August 2027 (00:00 MYT - 23:59 MYT) Only flight bookings made during the Booking Period and completed within the Travel Period are eligible for Bonus Enrich Points. Eligibility Open to all Enrich Members with an active Enrich account. Enrich members must provide a valid Enrich membership number at the time of booking and traveling. Enrich member must login to Enrich Online Portal and bookings must be made via malaysiaairlines.com or Malaysia Airlines App to be eligible. Participating Partner Flights operated and marketed by Malaysia Airlines on all fare types and booking classes, issued on MH (232) ticket stock. Applicable only to the following selected one-way and return routes:

Offer Rewards Offer: 2X Enrich Points Booking Period: 26 October 2026 to 15 November 2026 Travel must be completed by: 31 August 2027 Bonus Points breakdown: Base Enrich Points: Earned from the base fare + carrier related charges Bonus Enrich Points: Additional Points awarded, equal to the Base Enrich Points earned. Example: If a flight earns 150 Base Enrich Points, the member will receive: 150 Base Enrich Points + 150 Bonus Enrich Points Total = 300 Enrich Points Offer Fulfilment Enrich Points (Base + Bonus) will be credited to the Enrich member’s account within 14 working days after the eligible flight is completed. Enrich members must ensure the name used in booking exactly matches their Enrich profile, as discrepancies may delay or impact Points crediting. For any missing Points claim request, 2X Enrich Points will be credited to the Enrich Member’s account within six (6) to eight (8) weeks after the end of this Promotion (“Bonus Enrich Points and Elite Points Credit Period”). Any claim submitted after six (6) months (180 days) will not be eligible. Points Validity Base Enrich Points: Valid for 3 years from the date of crediting. Bonus Enrich Points: Valid for 1 year from the date of crediting. Enrich Points are subject to the Enrich Programme Terms and Conditions. Inclusions Unlimited eligible flight bookings allowed per Enrich member. Applicable only to eligible full revenue fare tickets. Applicable for pure Malaysia Airlines flights issued on MH (232) ticket stock and are subject to fare class availability. Fare classes and type of cabin may vary by route and seat availability. Any flight booked and ticketed within the Promotion Period with a request for a change to a higher fare (upsell) booking class or change date, rebooking must be done within the booking and travel period. Changes to tickets purchased within the booking and ticketing period will be subject to the fare rules. Exclusions The following bookings do not qualify: Flights not operated or marketed by Malaysia Airlines (e.g. MH4000/5000/7000/8000/9000 series, codeshares, charter, Firefly, AMAL, oneworld or other partner airlines). Tickets issued before or after the applicable booking periods are not eligible for this promotion. Upsell to higher booking fare class or change date after the booking/ticket and travel period but within the travel period. Any flight booked and ticketed within the Promotion Period with a request for change to an earlier date flight before or after the Promotion booking period. Enrich members who do not turn up (NO SHOW) for the flight upon check-in and did not complete the journey. Other Applicable Terms The Enrich Programme Terms and Conditions apply.
