Self Service Guide for Flight Booking Revisions

We strongly advise you to respond to the highlighted section in the sample email below to avoid any unforeseen inconvenience. If you have not received the email but are affected by a flight cancellation, please follow the guide below for instructions on rescheduling your flight or requesting a refund. STEP 1: Insert your booking reference number/PNR and last name in 'My Booking.'

STEP2: Review your original and new proposed flight(s)/date(s) and click "Manage my flight(s)".

Step 3: Review your new travel date(s) & flight(s) and click "Confirm" to complete the changes.

Note : Option to refund is available for eligible bookings only. In case you have made a booking through a travel agent, please contact your agent for refund of your ticket.

STEP 3: Click "Cancel and Refund My Flights" to proceed for refund of your booking.

STEP 4: Review your refund amount details and click "Get my refund" .

Note : The refund process may take up to 14 days and will be credited to the original reservation's credit card, e-wallet, or bank account.

Insert your flight number and departure date to check if your flight is disrupted.
