Check your balance Click here to check your MH e-voucher balance, and follow the steps below:

Select '16-digit voucher' or '13-digit voucher' according to your voucher number. Enter your number (the number begins with '232'), followed by the first name and last name used in the ticket that was converted.

Click 'Check Balance' to view your voucher details.

Redeem your MH e-Voucher

Find your preferred flights and dates under the “Flights” tab on the main page, then click “Book Now”.

Select any flight and click “Continue”.

Fill out your passenger details.

Select any add-ons for your trip. Not interested? Click ‘Continue’.

Under ‘Voucher’, input your MH e-Voucher number, which starts with '232'. Click ‘Add Voucher’, then ‘Continue’ to finalise your booking.

And you’re all set! Please remember to bring all important travel documents for your flight.

1. MH E-vouchers are an alternative form of payment that can only be used for the purchase of flight tickets and in-flight services made via the Malaysia Airlines website and MH mobile application. 2. MH E-vouchers cannot be used for bookings made via our Contact Centre, ticket offices, travel agents or any other on-ground channels. 3. Usage of MH E-vouchers can only be made to pay in the same currency it is issued. 4. MH E-vouchers can only be applied to the ticket price and selected in-flight offerings when making a purchase for a new ticket through the Malaysia Airlines website and MH mobile application. 5. MH E-vouchers cannot be used: To pay the fee for a date and/or flight change To purchase Travel Insurance, To buy flight tickets under the Book Now Pay Later scheme, To by flight tickets which utilizes a Promo Code, Multi-currency Payment (MCP) Enrich Redemption Booking/and cash + points tickets. 6. MH E-vouchers are non-transferable and non-refundable. 7. MH E-vouchers’ value and validity date can be viewed here https://vouchers.malaysiaairlines.com/en-gb/CheckBalance 8. A combination of up to 3 MH E-vouchers are allowed in a single transaction. 9. MH E-vouchers which are not utilised after its expiry date will automatically lapse. 10 MH E-vouchers can be used in full at any one time, or partially for multiple transactions up to the maximum value stored in it. 11. The final sector of the flight tickets purchased using MH E-vouchers must occur on or before the voucher expires. 12. Malaysia Airlines reserves the absolute right at its sole discretion to vary or amend any of the terms and conditions herein at any time, without any prior notice. 13. Consent to Transfer and Use: The individual making the purchase using the MH E-voucher has further acknowledged and agreed that by providing Malaysia Airlines with any personal or proprietary information, the individual hereby expressly gives their consent to the transmission of such personal or proprietary information over international borders for the purpose of processing the relevant transactions. The individual hereby gives their further consent to the use of such personal data on an anonymized basis for statistical objectives. 14. Malaysia Airlines shall not be liable in any way whatsoever for any disruption during the MH E-voucher transaction, whether due to technical problems or otherwise, which is beyond its reasonable control. In the event of any disruption, reasonable effort shall be used to remedy the disruption and resume the purchased product transaction on a fair and equitable basis. 15. Malaysia Airlines reserves the absolute right to cancel, terminate or suspend the usage of MH E-vouchers without prior notice. For the avoidance of doubt, any cancellation, termination, or suspension by Malaysia Airlines shall not entitle the individual making the purchase or any Enrich member to any claim or compensation against Malaysia Airlines, its agents and employees for any and all losses or damages and any consequential damages thereof suffered or incurred as a direct or an indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension thereof. 16. The Terms and Conditions herein shall be construed, governed, and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. The individual making the purchase agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malaysia on all matters arising from this MH E-voucher transaction. 17. Malaysia Airlines reserves the absolute right to reserve or remove any incorrectly issued MH E-voucher including those not in compliance with these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. 18. By participating in a transaction using an MH E-voucher, it shall be deemed that the individual making the purchase has read and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions may, at Malaysia Airlines’ absolute discretion, result in forfeiture of any of points purchased. 19.
