Temptations inflight shopping is now live!

Shop from the comfort of your home with Malaysia Airlines’ in-flight shopping.

 

 

KLIA, 16 October 2017 - In-flight shopping is made more convenient for Malaysia Airlines’ guests with the launch of its latest e-commerce platform, Temptations, Malaysia Airlines’ in-flight shopping.

Operated by DFASS Group, guests can now purchase from a wide selection of brands on Temptations to be delivered onboard their next Malaysia Airlines’ flight or at home.

The pre-order service provides guests the convenience to order their favourite products online which will be made available for collection on Malaysia Airlines’ flights of more than three hours. Pre-orders can be made on flights up to 90 days in advance. Final purchases or changes can be made 72 hours before departure for both inbound and outbound flights from Kuala Lumpur.

Malaysia Airlines Chief Commercial Officer, Arved von Zur Muehlen said, “Malaysia Airlines’ guests can now enjoy the convenience of shopping online with Temptations. Guests can browse through our wide selection of luxury brands at their own time from the comfort of their homes and pre-order to ensure their items are available on-board their flight. In celebration with the launch, Malaysia Airlines will be giving away 15% discount on all pre-orders excluding alcohol and tobacco from now until 31st October 2017. By end of November, Enrich members will be able to redeem points online and purchase their products without physical vouchers on-board their flight. Our members can also earn up to 2 points for every RM1 spent.”

“Temptations online is part of Malaysia Airlines’ digital transformation and we hope that we will be able to enhance our guests experience with the convenience of pre-ordering their favourite items prior to their flight departure or even for delivery at home. International shipping will be made available in the coming months for our international guests to enjoy this added service”, he added.

Guests can also purchase their items to be delivered home. This service is only available in Malaysia and delivery items will be charged with an additional 6% GST as well as delivery charges.
