KLIA, 9 November 2023 – Malaysia Airlines and Pavilion Hotel Kuala Lumpur, managed by Banyan Tree, are teaming up to elevate the Deepavali celebration with a curated menu offering which will be made available from 11 to 13 November 2023 at all the airline’s Golden Lounges in KLIA Terminal 1. Travellers at the Golden Lounge Satellite, Golden Lounge Regional and Golden Lounge Domestic will have the opportunity to indulge in a special menu curated by Chef Jordan Mah, Chef de Cuisine of one of the hotel’s restaurants, The Courtyard, which promises a remarkable gastronomic fusion of culture and cuisine. Among the entrees that will be featured are Raita , an Indian Cucumber Salad with yoghurt and mint; Zafrani Pulao which comes with Chicken Butter Masala, and Aloo Gobi . These will be complemented with the main course of Madras Fish Curry, Tandoori Chicken and Paneer Tikka Masala . To complete the meal, travellers can indulge in tantalising desserts including Indian Rice Kheer (Rice Pudding) and Sabudana Kheer (Indian Sago).
