Loyalty and Engagement Awards 2021​


Enrich, the Travel and Lifestyle Loyalty Programme of Malaysia Airlines, recently bagged the Gold and Silver awards for Best Partnership in a Loyalty Programme at the ninth edition of the Loyalty & Engagement Awards 2021, for two of its campaigns –Enrich Hotels and Enrich x Temptations. Enrich also took home Silver for Best COVID Response and Bronze for Best Loyalty Programme in the Lifestyle category.


The Loyalty & Engagement Awards 2021 is an annual award event that covers the full spectrum of the loyalty and engagement cycle organised by Marketing-Interactive, Asia’s leading advertising, marketing and media news source. All entries were evaluated and judged by a panel of experienced loyalty, engagement, relationship marketers, and industry experts.


This award event honours the best loyalty marketing strategies in South Asia, Southeast Asia and Australian and New Zealand regions. The show is the first of its kind to recognise marketing efforts and celebrate the best loyalty and engagement campaigns designed to attract, retain, and appreciate an organisation's biggest advocates – their customers.
