Make a Claim

Enrich Points are credited to your Enrich account only after your flight has been completed . Points from qualifying flights with Malaysia Airlines are credited within 7–14 days . For points earned with Partner Airlines or eligible Non-Airlines, it may take 6–8 weeks for the points to appear in your Enrich account. If your points have not been credited after the expected period, you may submit a Claim Missing Points along with the required supporting documents. If your claim is successful, the crediting timeline will apply as stated above (7–14 days for Malaysia Airlines flights and 6–8 weeks for Partner Airlines or eligible Non-Airlines). Retroclaims can be submitted for qualifying transactions as follows: New members: up to 30 days prior to Enrich membership enrollment Existing members: within the last 6 months
