1. Overview The Malaysia Airlines Malaysia Airlines X Printemps Paris Exclusive €200 Gift Card Campaign ("Promotion") is organised by Malaysia Airlines Berhad (“Malaysia Airlines”). This Promotion is available on the Malaysia Airlines official website at https://www.malaysiaairlines.com/ and the Malaysia Airlines mobile application. 2. Promotion Period This Promotion is valid from 5 November 2025 – 30 April 2026. 3. Eligibility This Promotion is exclusively available for direct flight bookings with Malaysia Airlines to Paris made via the Malaysia Airlines official website at https://www.malaysiaairlines.com/ and the Malaysia Airlines mobile application. 4. Promotion Details The first 100 booking transactions (Passenger Name Records or PNRs) made by individuals who have registered their interest and fulfilled all eligibility criteria shall be entitled to receive a €200 Printemps Paris Gift Card. This offer is applicable to flight bookings from Kuala Lumpur to Paris (either one-way or return) made within the Promotion Period, and is subject to seat availability. Promotion details are as following: a. Sale Period 5 November 2025 – 30 April 2026 b. Travel Period 5 November 2025 – 30 April 2026 c. Reservation Booking Designator (RBD) All booking class d. Travel Destination KUL-CDG or KUL-CDG-KUL for flights operated by Malaysia Airlines and excludes code-share flights operated by other airlines. e. Promotion The first 200 PNR who booked tickets from Kuala Lumpur to Paris (one-way or return) within the Promotion Period will receive an email notification with a form for them to opt-in. The first 100 PNR to complete and submit the form to opt-in will get an exclusive Gift Card by Printemps Paris worth €200 f. Gift Card T&C Gift card is to be collected physically at Printemps Paris upon furnishing the boarding pass and passport as per registered in the form sent by Malaysia Airlines Can only be used with minimum purchase of €400 at Printemps Paris Valid until 30th April 2026 g. Winner Notification The first 200 PNR holders will be notified by email starting from 5 November 2025 The first 100 PNR to submit the completed form shall be entitled for the Gift Card. Those entitled for the Gift Card are required to fill in the information form attached with the email notification within 7 days of receiving the email. Failure to do so may result into the Gift Card being forfeited. Redemption Criteria Those eligible will have to present their boarding pass and passport at Printemps Haussmann welcome desk – Basement floor – Women’s building. Printemps Hausmman 64 boulevard Haussmann 75009 Paris. Open Daily from 10 am to 8 pm, Sundays from 11am Those eligible will be registered with a valid identification and sign for redemption of the gift card . Gift Cards are non transferable, non refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash The 200€ gift card is valid for use at Printemps Haussmann only (excluding food, services and wedding list) To redeem in-store, the Gift Card must be presented at the checkout at the time of payment The Gift Card may be used in one or more transactions, until the total value has been exhausted. If the purchase total is lower than the Gift Card value, the remaining balance stays available on the Gift Card. In case of a return for an item paid with the Gift Card, the refund will be issued as a store credit voucher, valid for 6 months. No compensation will be provided in case of loss, theft, or expired validity. Upon expiry, any unused balance shall be irrevocably forfeited and shall not give rise to any refund or compensation.
5. General Terms & Conditions This Promotion is subject to first come first served basis at the time of booking. Malaysia Airlines reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice. For the avoidance of doubt, any cancellation, suspension, postponement or extension by Malaysia Airlines of the Promotion shall not entitle any person to any claim or compensation against Malaysia Airlines, its agents and employees for any and all losses or damages suffered or incurred by such person as a direct or an indirect result of the act of cancellation, suspension, postponement or extension of this Promotion. Malaysia Airlines, its agents and employees shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential losses) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with or arising from the participation in this Promotion. 6.
