Name corrections are allowed only once after ticket issuance, on a conditional basis, and must reflect the correct spelling as it appears in the passenger's travel document. Changes are subject to applicable fees or equivalent amounts in other local currencies, as listed below:
Where applicable, the fee stated above is subject to MY Service Tax (ST) for domestic services. If you wish to make changes to your booking, please visit our local ticketing office or call our Global Contact Centre on 1-300-88-3000 (within Malaysia) or +603-7843-3000 (outside Malaysia). For tickets purchased through a Travel Agent, kindly refer to the respective Travel Agent.
Follow these simple steps: 1. On the checkout page, select Apple Pay as your payment option. 2. If necessary, you will be prompted to fill in your billing, delivery, and contact details. Apple Pay securely stores this data, so you do not need to enter it again for future purchases. 3. Use your preferred Apple device to complete the payment. iPhone or iPad with Face ID: Double-click the side button and use Face ID or your passcode. iPhone or iPad without Face ID: Use Touch ID or your passcode. Apple Watch: Double-click the side button. Mac with Touch ID: Follow the prompts on the Touch Bar and place your finger on Touch ID. If Touch ID is off, tap the Apple Pay icon on the Touch Bar and follow the prompts on the screen. Mac without Touch ID: Confirm the payment on your Bluetooth-connected iPhone or Apple Watch. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID on all devices. 4. When your payment is successful, a 'Done' message and a tick icon will appear on the screen.
The charges will be calculated on zones depending on the distance flown in one single itinerary as below:- List of countries in each zone and applicable rates:
*Passenger travelling on MH domestic services with a Government warrant/ order, the excess baggage rate on all domestic services will be USD5 per kilogram
Charges will be calculated based on distance flown from point of departure to the final destination in one single itinerary Rates will be charged on per kg basis (over and above the permitted free baggage allowance of the cabin class)
Charges may vary depending on your ticket conditions. Some terms and conditions do not allow for any changes and you may need to purchase a new ticket altogether. If you wish to make changes to your booking, changes can be performed: 1. Via Manage My Booking (MMB) at MH website or 2. Call our Global Customer Contact Centre on 1-300-88-3000 (within Malaysia) or +603-7843-3000 (outside Malaysia). For Travel Agent's booking, kindly refer to the respective appointed Travel Agent for assistance.
You can select your preferred seat in the ‘Extra Services’ section during the booking process. If you have already made a booking, you may still select and add your preferred seat through the 'Manage Booking' feature.
