The Self-Service Check-In Kiosks at the following airports will continue to be temporarily suspended until further notice.
Malaysia Airlines passengers are encouraged to check-in online via the airline’s mobile app or website and to proceed to the check-in counters for mandatory validation of their travel documents to ensure their eligibility to travel to their intended destination. This is to avoid any inconveniences such as denied entry due to the ongoing changes in border restrictions imposed by different governments worldwide.
Additionally, the Single Token journey concept at KLIA for Malaysia Airlines’ flights to Tokyo Narita and Osaka has also been indefinitely postponed.
Malaysia Airlines has also introduced stringent physical distancing protocols at check-in counters at KLIA by spacing the operational check-in counters, decreasing contact between passengers.
