Manage Booking is only available for online purchases via web and mobile. Unfortunately, we cannot offer this service for offline purchases (such as those made via travel agents). This feature is only available for the following currencies: AUD, EUR, GBP, HKD, JPY, SGD and USD.

Available for window, aisle, standard, emergency exit, extra legroom (A330 and A350 aircraft). Available for Malaysian domestic and international markets. Seat selection is not available for MASwings connecting flights and codeshare flights. Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Price quoted will be equivalent to local currency for all foreign currencies. Not available for passengers with disabilities/special needs, children travelling alone, group bookings (more than 9 persons), and facility seats such as infant or bassinet seats. Seat selection fee will vary depending on flight route. Malaysia Airlines reserves the right to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions without any prior notice. Passengers travelling on Emergency Exit Seats are subject to flight safety guidelines with the following criteria: At least 18 years of age at the commencement of the journey. Children either accompanied or unaccompanied by adults are strictly not permitted to select or be allocated at this row. Fully able-bodied and capable of operating or assisting with the operation of the exit doors. Booking must be done for a group of 10 or more passengers travelling together on the same flight, date, and itinerary. The price offered will be based on the flights/times requested. If you have indicated a date range where the passengers are flexible, we will offer the option with the lowest fare. Notice for special meal requirements must be given at least 48 hours prior to departure, and preferably at the time of booking. Group seating selection requires a notice period of at least seven (7) working days prior to departure. Note that the services above may not be available in certain sectors and/or selected airports. Terms and conditions apply according to group size, aircraft type, and flight origin/destination. Bookings may only be made on https://groups.malaysiaairlines.com/ by MHgroupbooking. Click on the "Create an Account" button and fill up the form. Be sure to attach the proof of your participation in your form. If you are a participant, please submit your participation letter for the event. If you are a spectator, please submit your official event ticket as proof.

Check your inbox for an email containing your Login ID, which you will use to sign in at
