Malaysian Hospitality is more than a service. It is an experience of our country and what defines us as an airline.
'This is Malaysian Hospitality' is about how Malaysian Hospitality defines us as more than just an airline, but as a nation. It is innate in us, coming from our heritage and traditions. It is ingrained in us and comes naturally even when no one is watching, illuminating all that we do.
It is what we aspire to demonstrate to everyone we meet and pass on to the generations to come. It is why we are proud to be Malaysians.
We call it Malaysian Hospitality.
In May 2019, we launched 'We call it Malaysian Hospitality', which was about how we treat one another with Malaysian Hospitality and how it is extended to our customers. Something that has always defined us; coming from where we're from, our customs, heritage and traditions, as well as the paths we choose and the choices we make. It is about kindness passed from one person to another, regardless of our differences.
Malaysian Hospitality begins with us.
'Malaysian Hospitality Begins with Us' was to reignite our promise of Malaysian Hospitality. Launched in May 2018, it was about people's first experience of Malaysian Hospitality the moment they step on board our flight. It's about us representing the rich heritage of Malaysia and sharing it with the world, and we take ownership in demonstrating how we treat every passenger. It was about instilling the belief that defines us, not only as an airline but as Malaysians on how we ought to treat every passenger and visitor like a guest in our own home.
