The MHexplorer programme is open to students aged 13 to 17 and you'll need to provide a copy of your ID card (for Malaysian students) or passport (for international students). If you're aged 18 to 26, you'll need to provide a confirmation letter or valid student ID. MHexplorer fares are available for travel on all Malaysia Airlines and Firefly flights, except for codeshare flights and flights to/from Jeddah and Madinah. As an MHexplorer member, you'll get a 20% discount on Firefly Air Cargo, but you'll need to show proof of your membership to redeem it. You can only book your MHexplorer fare on www.malaysiaairlines.com/MHexplorer, and your booking will be classified as a student. We'll process your application within 7 working days of you enrolling. Malaysia Airlines reserves the right to approve or reject any application for this programme and will not be subject to appeal or legal action. If you abuse the program or commit fraud, we reserve the right to cancel your booking or deny you boarding. Other fare conditions and rules apply.
How to sign up If you are an existing Enrich member, go to malaysiaairlines.com/MHexplorer and click "Login". If you are not yet an Enrich member, go to malaysiaairlines.com/MHexplorer and click "Sign up". Fill in your email address and continue. You will receive a verification code. Type it in and click "Verify". Fill in your password and all remaining mandatory fields. Upload your supporting document. You may submit your Student ID/Offer letter/a scanned copy of your identification card (IC). You have completed your sign up! Now just wait for approval, which will take around 14 days. These are the supporting documents needed for eligible individuals: Malaysian (13-17): IC Malaysian (18-26): IC + Student ID / Offer letter Foreigner (13-17): Passport Foreigner (18-26): Passport + Student ID / Offer letter Making a booking To enjoy flight benefits up to 30% off, please book your tickets on www.malaysiaairlines.com/MHexplorer Remember to login to access your account in order to enjoy this benefit. MHexplorer fares are available for outbound travel originating from all Malaysia Airlines and Firefly-operated flights and networks. This excludes codeshare flights and flights to/from Jeddah and Madinah. Friends and family benefit A promo code will be sent to all MHexplorer registered email address every quarter. To make booking, just head to the flight search bar on the Malaysia Airlines website and enter promo code. Firefly Air Cargo MHexplorer members will need to display proof of membership to Firefly personnel for the redemption of 20% Firefly Air Cargo discount.
