The terms and conditions contained herein (these “Terms and Conditions”) shall govern the Malaysia Airlines x Mumbai Indians – Fly Malaysia Airlines and Win Contest (the “Contest”). By participating in this Contest, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 1. General Information The “Malaysia Airlines x Mumbai Indians – Fly Malaysia Airlines and Win Contest” will run from 1 Apr 2026 to 20 May 2026 (the “Contest Period”). The Contest is administered and organised by Malaysia Airlines Berhad (“Malaysia Airlines”). The Contest Period also constitutes the campaign period unless otherwise stated. The prizes relate to Mumbai Indians match day experiences, player interactions, training access, as well as official merchandise, and are subject to change based on scheduling and availability. 2. Eligibility Participation in this Contest is open to individuals who meet the following criteria (“Participants”): Must be a resident of India. Must fulfil the participation requirements corresponding to the prize category entered (as outlined in Section 3). Must comply with all Terms and Conditions of this Contest. Employees of Malaysia Aviation Group, its subsidiaries, affiliates, business partners, and/or agencies (including advertising and promotion agencies), as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate. 3. How to Participate Participants may enter the Contest during the Contest Period by completing the steps below: Purchase a Malaysia Airlines flight ticket originating from India (ex-India) during the Contest Period via Malaysia Airlines’ official website or mobile app. Use promo code “MHXMI26” during booking (where applicable). Complete and submit the official Contest entry form. Provide valid booking details (PNR) for verification purposes. 4. Prizes 4.1 Prize Details Selected winners may receive one of the following exclusive Mumbai Indians experiences: Match day tickets to Mumbai Indians home matches at Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai; Exclusive meet and greet opportunities with Mumbai Indians players; Access to selected Mumbai Indians training sessions; Limited-edition signed Mumbai Indians jerseys; and/or Other promotional prizes determined by Malaysia Airlines. Each winner may receive two (2) match tickets where applicable. 4.2 Eligible Match Dates Participants may be eligible to win prizes relating to selected Mumbai Indians home matches held at Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai, subject to official scheduling and availability. 4.3 Experience Conditions All match day experiences, meet and greet experiences with players and training session experiences are subject to change, postponement, cancellation, operational requirements, league regulations and availability. Malaysia Airlines does not guarantee the participation or appearance of any specific player at these experiences. 4.4 General Prize Conditions All expenses not expressly stated, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, meals, visas, transportation, insurance, and personal expenses, shall be borne solely by the winner. Malaysia Airlines reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of similar value without prior notice. 5. Winner Selection Winners will be selected by Malaysia Airlines based on predetermined internal criteria, including but not limited to: Eligibility compliance; Completion of required participation steps; Validity of booking; Availability of prizes; and Adherence to these Terms and Conditions. Malaysia Airlines’ decision shall be final and binding. No appeals, disputes, or correspondence will be entertained. 6. Winner Notification & Prize Fulfilment Winners will be contacted via the contact details provided in the entry form. Winners may be required to provide identification, proof of eligibility, and/or booking verification for validation purposes. Tickets and experiences may be distributed digitally or collected at a designated location communicated by Malaysia Airlines. Failure to respond within the stipulated timeline or comply with verification requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize. 7. Publicity By participating in this Contest, Participants grant Malaysia Airlines the right to use their name, likeness, and submitted materials for promotional and marketing purposes, without additional compensation or prior notice. 8. General Conditions This Contest is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. Malaysia Airlines reserves the right to amend, modify, or cancel the Contest or these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice. 9. Disqualification Malaysia Airlines reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any Participant if: The Participant does not meet the eligibility criteria; The Participant fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions; The entry is incomplete, invalid, or unverifiable; or The Participant engages in fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful conduct. 10. Final Decision All decisions made by Malaysia Airlines in relation to the Contest shall be final and binding. No appeals or correspondence will be entertained. 11. Liability Malaysia Airlines shall not be held liable for any disruption, delay, or failure caused by technical issues or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. 12. Miscellaneous In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any promotional or marketing materials, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail. By participating in this Contest, Participants acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. 13.
