This notice aligns with Civil Aviation Board Regulation No. 101 , which sets out unified guidelines for compensation and assistance in cases of flight delays, cancellations, and denied boarding on domestic and international scheduled services.

Passenger Support for Delayed International Flights

Cancelled Flights and Boarding Denials Passengers are eligible for the same benefits as those for delays over 10 hours unless: Notification of cancellation is provided 7+ days before departure Replacement flight departs within ±3 hours of the original schedule Cancellation is due to extraordinary circumstances beyond operational control

Extended Flight Delay Measures Weather condition causes negative effects on flight safety. Security risks cause negative effects on flight safety. Decision of a competent agency. Health problems of passengers (they suffer serious illnesses or die after boarding). Scheduled airplanes are sabotaged or fleets of airplanes are sabotaged. Armed conflicts, political instability or strikes. Aviation infrastructure or flight operational assurance fails to ensure the flight operation. Technical problems occur during the operation of the airplane, from the time the captain signs the record on receipt of aircraft ready for flight operation until the end of the flight.

Measures for Delays on the Tarmac If passengers are delayed onboard prior to take-off: Airlines must ensure ventilation, temperature control, and restroom access Medical assistance must be available as needed Passengers must be allowed to deplane after 3 hours , if no departure time is confirmed and safety permits
