Malaysia Airlines moves its operations to Terminal 3
Soekarno Hatta International Airport

KLIA,  26 March 2018: Malaysia Airlines will be moving its operations from Terminal 2 to Terminal 3, at Soekarno Hatta International Airport, Jakarta, effective 9 April 2018.  All international flights will eventually be moved to Terminal 3 by 31 July 2018. Malaysia Airlines flight MH 726, scheduled to depart Jakarta at 4.25am on the 9 April, will be the first flight operating from Terminal 3.

All Malaysia Airlines flights to and from Jakarta will operate as per scheduled from the new terminal. Passengers are advised to check their flight status to ensure smooth travel.

Malaysia Airlines currently flies 7 flights daily to and from Jakarta. Guests with bookings on Malaysia Airlines to and from Jakarta may proceed to the check-in counters located at C24-C26, three hours prior to departure. The boarding gate will be located at Gate 1-4 at Pier 1, Terminal 3. Guests with lounge access will be served by the Saphire Lounge located at Terminal 3.

Passengers from Terminal 1 and 2 will be able to take the free Skytrain shuttle that operates from 4.25am to 12.10am daily to Terminal 3. The Skytrain operates every 15 minutes, with 7 minutes needed to get from Terminal 1 to Terminal 3.

Check-in counter will be closed 1 hour prior to departure and passengers are reminded to be at the boarding gate 30 minutes before departure.
