Malaysia Airlines Launches MHplus New Distribution Capability (NDC) Platform with Pilot Partners

KLIA, 8 August 2023 – Malaysia Airlines has officially inaugurated its ground-breaking New Distribution Capability (NDC) platform, MHplus, and extends a warm welcome to its pilot partners, Traveloka and Holiday Tours & Travel. This strategic collaboration empowers these partners to harness the capabilities of the MHplus platform, thereby providing their extensive customer base with a seamless booking experience and tailor-made offers. This launch marks a significant milestone, symbolising Malaysia Airlines’ commitment to elevating customer experiences and fortifying its distribution network. MHplus’ operational commencement occurred in July, ushering in a new era of streamlined travel services. With the successful pilot phase, Malaysia Airlines is now ready to gradually open up MHplus for enrolment to other agents, offering a trade-friendly approach that ensures equal opportunities to all our valued partners.
