New Entry Requirements for Passengers Travelling to Thailand

New Thailand entry requirements: Complete the TDAC online 3 days before departure. Effective 1 May 2025.

Effective 1 May 2025, all non-Thai nationals travelling to Thailand are required to complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online at least three (3) days prior their departure date. The TDAC submission system will open on 28 April 2025 to accommodate travellers arriving on the implementation date. This requirement applies to all foreign passport holders, including tourists, business travellers, and long-term residents. Exceptions: Travellers transiting or transferring through Thailand without passing through immigration control. Those entering Thailand using a Border Pass. The TDAC is the electronic version of the traditional disembarkation card for foreign visitors, streamlining immigration processing, reducing paperwork, and enhancing border security.
