Passengers with additional needs, families with young children, and those requiring disability or mobility assistance will be pre-boarded ahead of all other groups listed in the table below. If you fall into any of the categories, please arrive at the boarding gate 60 minutes before departure so we can assist you with boarding and help you settle in ahead of other passengers.

Boarding

To start your trip on the right note, we recommend allowing yourself plenty of time to get through immigration and security, and to reach your boarding gate well ahead of time. Please be aware that the boarding gate closes 30 minutes before departure. Refer to the boarding time indicated on your boarding pass. There is also a zone indicator on your boarding pass that shows your boarding priority. This grouping system helps to reduce congestion at the boarding gate and simplifies the boarding process, further easing your travel experience.
