• Asia, which includes the Indian subcontinent, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan, but excluding countries named above.
• Australia, New Zealand and the South West Pacific.
• North America, which includes the Caribbean, Central America, and Panama.
• South America.
