Entry Requirement to Labuan


Passengers travelling to/from Federal Territory of Labuan are required to provide valid written approval and stamped police permit prior to departure. This requirement must be complied throughout the extended Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO) from 14th November 2020 to 6th December 2020.


Passengers travelling from the Red and Yellow Zones in Sabah and Peninsular Malaysia are also required to undergo symptomatic respiratory screening and COVID-19 detection screening test upon arrival into Labuan. Additionally, passengers in this category will be given a wristband and subject to Home Surveillance Order (HSO).


All passengers must download, register and check-in with MySejahtera mobile apps upon arrival into Labuan for contact tracing purposes.
