Tan Sri Md Nor Md Yusof is the Chairman of Malaysia Airlines Berhad and Malaysia Aviation Group Berhad. He also sits on the Board of Khazanah Nasional Berhad and several of its key investee companies.
Tan Sri Md Nor has spent 18 years of his working career with CIMB Group, and more notably as President and Chief Executive Officer of Bank of Commerce (M) Berhad (now known as CIMB Bank Berhad). Tan Sri Md Nor completed his term as Executive Chairman of the Securities Commission on 31 March 2006. He has also served as Advisor to the Ministry of Finance.

Izham bin Ismail is an Executive Director of Malaysia Airlines Berhad. He currently holds the position of Group Chief Executive Officer of the Malaysia Aviation Group and Chief Executive Officer of Malaysia Airlines Berhad. He has 38 years of experience in the aviation industry, having started his career with Malaysia Airlines as a pilot in 1979.
Appointed to a management position just 10 years after joining Malaysia Airlines, Izham moved up the ranks over the years and has held various management positions such as Executive Vice President of Flight Operations, Director of Operations and Chief Operations Officer (COO) of Malaysia Airlines. Izham also served as CEO of MASwings, Malaysia Airlines’ sister company in Sabah and Sarawak, between July and November 2016.
Apart from his extensive aviation experience, Izham has also served as a Board member of Hamilton Sunstrand Malaysia and GE Engine Services Malaysia. He currently serves as a Board member of several companies under the umbrella of the Malaysia Aviation Group such as; MASAwana, MASKargo, MAB Academy and MAS Aeroclean.
As a pilot, Izham broke world aviation records when he flew Malaysia Airlines’ first Boeing 777-200 eastward from Seattle to Kuala Lumpur and back. The flight set new world records for longest flight and fastest round-the-world flight by a commercial airliner, with a total flight time of 41 hours 59 minutes over a distance of 23,310 miles.

Tan Sri Krishnan Tan is a Non-Executive Director of Malaysia Airlines Berhad. He currently chairs the Board Safety and Security Committee and Board Risk Management Committee. He is a member of the Board Audit Committee as well as the Board Ethics and Governance Committee. He is also a director of Malaysia Aviation Group Berhad. His association with the airline started with his appointment as director of Malaysian Airline System Berhad in 2011 whereby he chaired the Board Safety and Security Committee as well as the Board Restructuring Committee.
Tan Sri Krishnan Tan obtained his Bachelor of Economics (Honours) degree from the University of Malaya in 1975 and qualified as a Certified Public Accountant in 1978. He also holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration.
He started his career in the commercial wing of the Selangor State, Kumpulan Perangsang Selangor Berhad as an Assistant Accountant in 1975 with his last position as Group Financial Controller.
He then worked on the merger of IGB Construction, Jurutama Sdn Berhad and Mudajaya Construction Sdn Bhd which led to the formation of the present IJM Corporation Berhad with him as the Financial Controller. He became Director in 1990, Deputy Managing Director in 1994, Managing Director from 1997 till 2010 and Executive Deputy Chairman from 2011 till 2013. He is currently the Non-Executive Deputy Chairman of the IJM Group.
He is the Independent Chairman of HSBC Bank (Malaysia) Berhad, Kuantan Port Consortium Sdn. Bhd. And the Malaysian Community and Education Foundation.
He also serves as Non-Executive Director on public listed companies, IJM Plantations Berhad and Grupo Concesionario del Oeste SA, Argentina.
He is actively involved in the promotion of Malaysia India business ties and is the founding President of the Malaysia India Business Council. He is also the Co-Chairman of Malaysia India CEO Forum which is a grouping of CEOs from both countries formed to enhance trade and investments between the two countries.
Tan Sri Krishnan Tan is an ardent promoter of the development of rugby in the country both through IJM as well as the COBRA Rugby Club - of which he was President from 1995 to 2009. He is currently President of the Klang High School Old Boys Association as well as Management Committee member of the Olympic Council of Malaysia Trust Fund.

Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Zamzamzairani bin Mohd Isa is a Non-Executive Director of Malaysia Airlines Berhad. He is also a director of Malaysia Aviation Group Berhad. He is a member of the Board Safety and Security Committee and Board Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Zamzamzairani served as the Group Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director at Telekom Malaysia Berhad (“TM”) from April 2008 to April 2017. He began his career in TM in October 1984 and served for thirteen years, of which seven years were in the satellite related business. He left TM in 1997 to joined Maxis Communication Berhad as General Manager of lnternational Business & VSAT Marketing and Acting Head of Corporate Strategy and Business Development.
In 1998, he joined Global One as the Chief Operating Officer of ASEAN and was appointed the Business Development Director of Asia, Middle East and Africa (AMEA) in April 1999.
From August 2000 to 2001 he served with Lucent Technologies Malaysia as Chief Executive Officer and was responsible for managing the overall business for Lucent in Malaysia. He left Lucent at the end of 2001 to become an independent telecommunications consultant. In 2005 he returned to TM as Senior Vice President, Group Strategy and Technology. He was promoted to CEO - Malaysia Business, before being appointed as the Group Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director. He is currently the Chairman of UEM Sunrise Berhad.
Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Zamzamzairani graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communication Engineering from Plymouth Polytechnic, United Kingdom in 1984 and has completed the Kellog School of Management's Programme in Corporate Finance (Strategies for Creating Shareholder Value.)

Datuk Haji Abdul Wahab bin Aziz was appointed as Non-Executive Director of Malaysia Airlines Berhad on 5 December 2016. He is also a director in Malaysia Aviation Group Berhad.
He attended MPhil degree course in South East Asian Studies at Kent University UK and holds MSc degree in Management from Aston University UK. He obtained Postgraduate Diploma in Management Science from INTAN KL. He had also attended Law course at UiTM Shah Alam for one year.
He was elected as Ahli Dewan Undangan Negeri Sarawak since 1991 and is Vice President of Parti PBB since 2008. He has a broad working experience in the State Administrative Service since 1966. He had served as District Officer, Secretary State Public Service Commission, Principal Assistant Secretary in State Financial Secretary’s Office, and Chairman Lembaga Perlesenan Kenderaan Perdagangan Sarawak. He had also served as Chairman DUBS Sarawak, Chairman Housing Development Corporation and Chairman Public Accounts Committee DUN Sarawak. He is now still serving as President of the UiTM Alumni Sarawak.
In 2009, he was appointed as Assistant Minister of Housing and in 2011 as Assistant Minister of Land Development, as well as Chairman of the Sarawak Tourism Board with effect from 1 July 2016.

Dato’ Sri Mohammed Shazalli bin Ramly is a Non-Executive Director of Malaysia Airlines Berhad. He is also a director of Malaysia Aviation Group Berhad. He sits on the Board Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
Dato’ Sri Mohammed Shazalli (better known as Dato’ Sri Shazalli) was appointed the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Celcom Axiata Berhad on 1 September 2005. A position he helmed for 11 years before his promotion with Axiata group as its Regional Chief Executive Officer of Southeast Asia. Seven months into his promotion with Axiata Group, he has been appointed as the new Group Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director of Telekom Malaysia Berhad effective on May 1 2017.
Dato’ Sri Shazalli sits in the board of directorship for several companies which includes the Kuala Lumpur Business Club. He is also Members of Corporation of Perbadanan PRIMA Malaysia and Chairman of PRIMA Communications Sdn Bhd. Addition to this, he also sits as one among the seven members in the task force led by Performance Management and Delivery Unit (PEMANDU) to oversee Proton Holdings Bhd’s transformation plan.
Prior to his appointment at Celcom, he was the Chief Executive Officer of ntv7, a position he held for 8 years since its launch in 1998. Prior to ntv7 Dato’ Sri Shazalli served at Unilever both in Malaysia & Indonesia, followed by the Malaysian Tobacco Company (MTC) and British American Tobacco (BAT). He also served as ASTRO Marketing Director for 2 years where he pioneered the launch of ASTRO digital satellite services in Malaysia. Moving on overseas, he also played a huge role in the global success of brands such as the 555 Subaru World Rally Team and Championship.
Dato Sri Shazalli is an alumni of Maktab Rendah Sains MARA (MRSM) and graduated from ITM Perlis in 1982. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree (Marketing) from Indiana University, USA and a Master of Business Administration from St. Louis University, USA.

David Lau Nai Pek is a Non-Executive Director of Malaysia Airlines Berhad. He is also a director of Malaysia Aviation Group Berhad. He currently chairs the Board Audit Committee as well as the Board Governance and Ethics Committee. He is a member of the Board Risk Management Committee.
He is a Director of Axiata Berhad and Celcom Axiata Berhad. He was a former director of Hengyuan Refining Company Berhad (formerly known as Shell Refining Company (Federation of Malaya) Berhad). He has over 35 years of professional experience in finance and leading financial organisations in various locations in Australia, Brunei, China, Malaysia, New Zealand, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom. He served within the Shell Group for 28 years in various capacities. His last position before he returned to Malaysia at the end of December 2008 was Vice-President Finance, Shell International Exploration and Production B.V. which was based in The Hague, the Netherlands.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Canterbury University, New Zealand and is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Dr. Mohamadon bin Abdullah is a Non-Executive Director of Malaysia Airlines Berhad. He is also a director of Malaysia Aviation Group Berhad. He sits in the Board Audit Committee, Board Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Board Safety and Security Committee.
Dr Mohamadon Abdullah (or Dr. Don as he is known to many) joined Malaysia Airlines as a Management Trainee in June 1972. During his 32-year career, Dr. Don has gained vast hands-on experience in many operational, commercial and support areas of the company. These include Human Resources, Management Development, Marketing & Sales (Passenger & Cargo), Centralised Purchasing & Procurement, In-flight Catering & Cabin Services, In-flight Services and Flight Operations.
Dr. Don retired from service on 31 December 2004 as Senior General Manager, Corporate Services where he was responsible and accountable for Legal Affairs, Property Management, Corporate Insurance, Human Resource Training & Development, Government Relations & Corporate Communications, Corporate Safety & Security, Crisis Management and Medical Services.
Representing the Company, he also served as member of the board of directors for several subsidiaries and associate companies. He is currently the Executive Director of Borneo Isthmus Development Sdn. Bhd. He was a former Non-Executive Director of Comintel Corporation Berhad.

Sheranjiv M A/L Sammanthan is a Non-Executive Director of Malaysia Airlines Berhad. He is also a director of Malaysia Aviation Group Berhad. He sits in the Board Audit Committee, Board Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Board Safety and Security Committee, Board Risk Management Committee and Board Governance and Ethics Committee.
He is currently an Executive Director in Khazanah Nasional Berhad (“KNB”). At KNB, he heads the Managing Director’s Office and has additional responsibilities over certain investment sectors.
Sheranjiv is a Trustee of Yayasan Hasanah which is KNB’s umbrella Corporate Responsibility Foundation. He is also a Council member for the Institutional Investor Council Malaysia.
Prior to Khazanah, Sheranjiv was a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) where he spent 18 years, in Birmingham, London and Kuala Lumpur.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Birmingham, England and is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).

Mohammad Izani bin Ashari is a Non-Executive Director of Malaysia Airlines Berhad. He is also a director of Malaysia Aviation Group Berhad. He currently chairs the Board Nomination and Remuneration Committee. He is a member of the Board Governance and Ethics Committee.
He joined Khazanah Nasional Berhad in April 2009 and is an Executive Director in charge of GLC Transformation Program, coordinating GLCs contribution to various national agendas such National Transformation Programs and the Bumiputera Agenda. He has been pivotal in the initial development which forms the foundation of the Government Transformation Program.
He has 30 years of working experience covering six different industries mainly with multi-nationals and large companies. These include Shell Malaysia, Maybank, Sime Darby, Petronas (both in Petronas Dagangan and Carigali), and Malaysian Airline System Berhad (MAS). He has spent 20 years of his career specialising in organisation transformation/reengineering.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Construction Management from Reading University, UK and Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying from John Moores University, Liverpool, UK.

Azri bin Zaharuddin is a Non-Executive Alternate Director to Encik Mohammad Izani bin Ashari, Non-Executive Director of Malaysia Airlines Berhad and Malaysia Aviation Group Berhad.
He is a Director in the Investments division, overseeing the Aviation sector which covers airports and airlines. He joined Khazanah Nasional Berhad (“KNB”) in March 2005 from CIMB Investment Bank and prior to that, was with Bursa Malaysia. During his years in KNB, he has worked in various different sectors, including financial institutions, power, infrastructure and technology, on projects across different countries in South East Asia, China, India, Sri Lanka and the Middle East.
From 2007 to 2010 he was seconded to PT Bank Lippo and subsequently to PT Bank CIMB Niaga in Indonesia where he headed the Corporate Planning and Strategy Group of the bank.
From January 2013 to July 2015 he was seconded to Acibadem Healthcare Group in Turkey as Director for International Business Development and Risk Management.
Azri holds an MBA from the Sloan School of Management, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, USA, and a Bachelor of Law degree from the London School of Economics, UK. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst ("CFA') charter holder.

Omar Siddiq bin Amin Noer Rashid is an Executive Director of Malaysia Airlines Berhad. He currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at Malaysia Airlines Berhad since 2016 having left a position as an Executive Director in the Investments Division of Khazanah Nasional Berhad. He is also a director of Malaysia Aviation Group Berhad.
Prior to that he was a Managing Director in the Investment Banking Division at CIMB Investment Bank Berhad serving in the firm until 2015. He had also previously served with PricewaterhouseCoopers where his last position in 2005 was as an Executive Director in its Corporate Finance Division having joined the firm in London in 1996 before moving to Kuala Lumpur in 2001.
He has been involved in a number of corporate exercises, having advised companies across several sectors on corporate restructuring, capital management and strategy as well as on local and international fund-raising initiatives.
Omar holds a BSc (Econ) Economics and Political Science from the London School of Economics. He is also a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. He is a CFA charter-holder as awarded by the CFA Institute.
