Malaysia Airlines – Kuching Marathon Giveaway Terms and Conditions The terms and conditions contained herein (these “Terms and Conditions”) shall govern this Contest. By entering this Contest, Participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 1. General Information The “ Kuching Marathon Giveaway” (the “Contest”) is organized by Malaysia Airlines Berhad (“Malaysia Airlines”). The Contest runs from the date of launch until 31 May 2026 (the “Contest Period”). The Contest offers eligible Participants the opportunity to win a trip to Sarawak, Malaysia, including participation in the Kuching Marathon, scheduled to take place on 27 September 2026, subject to official event confirmation. 2. Eligibility The Contest is open to individuals who meet all of the following criteria (“Participant”): Are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry; Are new Enrich members, meaning individuals who were not Enrich members prior to the Contest Period; Successfully sign up for the Enrich loyalty program during the Contest Period; Use the promo code MH10K when registering as an Enrich member; Comply fully with these Terms and Conditions. Employees of Malaysia Aviation Group, its subsidiaries, affiliates, agencies, or partners, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate. 3. How to Participate To enter the Contest, Participants must during the Contest Period: Successfully register as a new Enrich member; Complete the registration using the promo code MH10K; Provide accurate and complete information during sign‑up. Each eligible registration constitutes one (1) entry into the draw. Incomplete, incorrect, or fraudulent registrations will be deemed invalid. 4. Prizes Prize Details A total of one (1) winner will be selected. The winner will receive a 6‑night trip for two (2) persons to Sarawak, Malaysia, including: Two (2) race entries for the Kuching Marathon 2026; Two (2) return flight from CDG to KCH Hotel accommodation for the duration of the stay; Airport transfers; Selected activities, including the race. The above ground arrangements (hotel, transfers, activity inclusions, and race entries) are sponsored and provided by the Sarawak Tourism Board. 5. What Is Not Included Unless explicitly stated, the prize does not include: Meals not specified as part of the accommodation; Personal expenses; Travel insurance; Visa fees; Medical expenses; Any other costs not expressly listed in Section 4. Malaysia Airlines shall not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred by the winner and their companion. 6. Medical & Race Requirements Participation in the Kuching Marathon is subject to the official rules and medical requirements of the race organizer. Malaysia Airlines and the Sarawak Tourism Board bear no responsibility for a winner’s inability to meet race participation or medical eligibility requirements. 7. Winner Selection The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the end of the Contest Period. Malaysia Airlines’ decision is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection. 8. Winner Notification The winner will be notified via email using the contact details provided during Enrich registration. If the selected winner does not respond within the timeframe specified in the notification, Malaysia Airlines reserves the right to select an alternative winner. 9. Verification The winner may be required to provide proof of: Identity and age; New Enrich membership registration; Compliance with these Terms and Conditions. Failure to provide such proof may result in disqualification. 10. Publicity By participating, Participants agree that Malaysia Airlines may use their name and likeness for promotional and marketing purposes related to the Contest, without additional compensation. 11. General Conditions Malaysia Airlines reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest at any time without prior notice. Prizes are non‑transferable, non‑exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash. Malaysia Airlines is not responsible for force majeure events or circumstances beyond its control. 12. Liability & Release Participation in the Contest and in the Kuching Marathon is undertaken at the Participant’s own risk. By participating, Participants release Malaysia Airlines, its affiliates, and the Sarawak Tourism Board from all liability arising from participation in the Contest or use of the prize. 13. Governing Law & Personal Data Protection These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia, unless otherwise required by other applicable laws. Personal data shall be processed in accordance with Malaysia Airlines’ Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations, for Contest administration purposes and other related communications permitted under the privacy policy stated above. 14. Final Decision All decisions made by Malaysia Airlines in connection with the Contest shall be final and binding.
