Golden Lounges KLIA - Terms Conditions Welcome to the Golden Lounge. Please take a moment to review the access conditions below to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience. Eligibility for Lounge Access Access to the Golden Lounge at KL International Airport is available to the following: Malaysia Airlines Guests Business Suite passengers Business Class passengers Enrich Platinum members Enrich Gold members oneworld® Guest one world® Emerald members one world® Sapphire members Passengers travelling in First Class or Business Class on any one world® airline Lounge access entitlement for Platinum Companion will no longer be extended to their guest. Lounge Access Timing Same-Day Travel Requirement Golden Lounge access is available only on the same calendar day as your departing flight. Access Duration Before Departure Eligible guests may enter the Golden Lounge three (3) hours before the scheduled departure time of their departing flight, in accordance with the Unified Access Conditions below. The three (3)-hour access period is calculated based on the scheduled departure time indicated on the boarding pass. Entry will not be permitted earlier than three (3) hours before departure Lounge access is not extended for early airport arrival. Transit Passengers Eligible transit passengers may access the Golden Lounge during their connection at KLIA. Lounge access for transit passengers is based on the scheduled departure time of the onward connecting flight. The access duration is three (3) hours before the onward flight’s scheduled departure time. For Business Suite passengers and Enrich Platinum members, the three (3) hour limit does not apply during transit. Transit access for Business Suite and Enrich Platinum members is intended for reasonable use during the connection period, for purposes such as rest, refreshment, and dining. Arrival access is subject to the Unified Access Conditions below Flight Delays In the event of a flight delay, guests may remain in the lounge beyond the original departure time, subject to the Unified Access Conditions below. Overnight Stays Overnight stays are not permitted in the Golden Lounge. Special Access Privileges Business Suite & Enrich Platinum Members Business Suite passengers and Enrich Platinum members may access Golden Lounges at KLIA: Prior to departure During transit Upon arrival Arrival Access Arrival access is permitted for a single visit following arrival at KLIA and is intended for short-term use as part of the arriving journey. Arrival access is intended for purposes such as freshening up or light refreshments. Access duration upon arrival is not subject to the three (3)-hour pre-departure rule. Overnight stays are not permitted. Arrival access is subject to the Unified Access Conditions below. Travelling with Children Children under two (2) years of age may enter the lounge free of charge. They must be accompanied by an eligible adult at all times. Dress Code & Conduct Dress Code To maintain a comfortable and pleasant environment for all guests, a smart casual dress code applies. Lounge management reserves the right to deny entry to guests whose attire does not meet lounge standards. Footwear Appropriate footwear must be worn at all times for safety and comfort.

Unified Access Conditions All Golden Lounge access is subject to available capacity and the lounge Terms and Conditions in effect at the time of visit. These include operational requirements, safety considerations, and standards of guest conduct. Lounge access may be limited or managed during peak periods to ensure a comfortable experience for all guests.
