Malaysia Airlines Booking and Travel Flexibility
Malaysia Airlines’ ticket change policy offers passengers the freedom and flexibility to rebook their tickets due to the travel restrictions currently in place. Travel with peace of mind with our enhanced ticket change flexibility, which valid for travel up until June 2023

Malaysia Airlines wishes to remind customers to utilise their MH E-vouchers and rebook their flights by 31 March 2023 for travel until 30 June 2023. Since March 2020, the airline has been accommodating customers whose travel plans have been disrupted due to border restrictions by providing flexibility to extend their travel.
MH E-vouchers holders can now check the new validity of their vouchers at https://vouchers.malaysiaairlines.com/en-GB/CheckBalance and use it to book their upcoming trip to any destination within Malaysia Airlines' network.
As there will be no further extensions for rebooking after 31 March 2023, Malaysia Airlines encourages customers to use their MH E-vouchers to enjoy greater savings for travel until 30 June 2023.Customers can use the remaining balance in their MH E-voucher to offset the value current of published rate.
Example:
Flight price = MYR 800 --> Add your MYR 200 e-voucher --> Final flight price = MYR 600
Customers will also receive reminders to utilise their E-voucher through their registered email with Malaysia Airlines.
Meanwhile, those with existing tickets issued for travel between 1 January 2020 and 29 October 2022 and have been unable to travel due to flight changes/disruptions will have the option to rebook their travel by 31 March 2023 for travel until 30 June 2023 with one (1) time free date change as well as service fee and fare difference waived which apply for first-time change on the original tickets. The rebooking shall be made for the same cabin and class, subject to availability. A fare difference and fee will apply for subsequent changes if the new travel date's fare is higher than the original ticket purchased. Fares will be reassessed at the time of rebooking.
