Enrich by Malaysia Airlines Promotes Charitable Initiatives to Improve the Lives and Opportunities of the Underprivileged

 

KLIA, 28 September 2022: Enrich, Malaysia Airlines' award-winning Travel and Lifestyle Loyalty Programme is adding four (4) new charity partners, namely Buddhist Tzu-Chi Merits Society Malaysia, Hospis Malaysia, Budimas Charitable Foundation and WWF-Malaysia, inviting Enrich members to donate their Enrich Points as an alternative to monetary donations from now until 20 November 2022.

 

Members are welcome to support their charity of choice and donate their Enrich Points at a redemption rate of 2,500 Enrich Points for one (1) RM 30 e-donation to (7) charity organisations, including Make-A-Wish Malaysia, Malaysian Red Crescent Society and MERCY Malaysia.

 

Contributions made to Buddhist Tzu-Chi Merits Society Malaysia, Malaysian Red Crescent Society and Mercy Malaysia will be used to relieve the suffering of those in need by creating a better world for all. This will be accomplished by providing aid in charity, medicine, education, international relief aid, environmental protection, community volunteerism, and more.

 

Meanwhile, Enrich e-donations made to Make-A-Wish Malaysia and The Budimas Charitable Foundation will be used to grant the wishes of children with critical medical conditions nationwide or addresses the needs of underprivileged children through programmes designed to aid a child with basic necessities.

 

Members may also channel their contribution to Hospis Malaysia that provides domiciliary palliative care to people living with life-limiting illnesses or to​ WWF-Malaysia in their efforts to protect and sustain the natural world for the benefit of people and wildlife, focusing on forests, oceans, wildlife, food, climate and freshwater.​

This is part of our commitment to giving back to the communities in times of need and allows us to expand our Malaysian Hospitality service made possible by our work with charity partners and reflect our extended responsibility aims at fulfilling dreams, creating a safer and sustainable future for all.”

 

To redeem Enrich Points for RM30 e-donation, Enrich members can log into their Enrich Online account before selecting ‘Redeem for Lifestyle Voucher’ and specify the quantity required. Once redeemed, members will receive a confirmation email and a tax exemption receipt to be issued accordingly by the charity organisations for the donation made.
