Malaysia Airlines Advises Passengers Travelling from Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (BOM) to Arrive Early
Malaysia Airlines advises BOM passengers to arrive four hours early amid Mumbai weather disruptions
Malaysia Airlines advises passengers travelling from Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (BOM) to manage their journey to the airport and allow additional travel time to the airport, following reports of heavy rainfall and flooding across Mumbai and its surrounding areas. This situation may lead to road congestion and disruptions to public transportation services. To mitigate potential delays and ensure a smooth departure experience, passengers are advised to arrive at least four (4) hours prior to their scheduled departure, allowing sufficient time for check-in and document verification at various touchpoints. Passengers are also reminded to update their contact details through the 'My Booking' feature on Malaysia Airlines’ website to ensure they receive timely updates via email and SMS. Please note that check-in counters will close 60 minutes before the scheduled departure time. The safety of our passengers and crew remains of utmost importance to Malaysia Airlines.
