Do you enjoy to tweet or updating Facebook, perhaps blogging?
How does getting some reward on your passion, sound?
How does this work?
You must love social media. You need to be an active user and champion (or better still, an evangelist!) of social networks and online communities, understand their mechanics, awesomeness and foibles, and translate that knowledge to help us drive awareness, engagement and traffic. You should have a knack for exploring cutting edge social networking and Web 2.0 platforms, and have a nose for what is currently hot and what is next.
We’d love you even more if you have a flair for witty conversation, quick on your feet and - this is important – honest. This is a group effort, you need to be a team player and able to gel with a diverse bunch of peers full of opinions and ideas. Oh, an interest in the airline and travel industry would be a definite plus.
Beyond simply social networking, you must become a passionate brand steward for us.
What do you get out of this?
Well, we will support your passion with reward.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for you; college students are also welcome.
What do we need from you?
This is the part where we have to be a bit old school. Email us about yourself and, with your charm, sway us into believing why you are the ideal candidate. Don’t forget to provide links to your publicblogs and Twitter feeds, if any. Send it to recruit@malaysiaairlines.com before 15 Nov 2009.
By the way, please suggest how you would like us to call your role. We wanted to call it “Social Media Enthusiast” - which sounds pretty boring.
