Now it's easy to view and change your travel times online

Change your flight and access your travel information conveniently from home or the office with our Manage My Booking facility.

What you can do:
  • Change the date and time of your flight
  • Check your payment details
  • Print your booking
  • Resend booking to your email
  • View your e-ticket number
  • Rename your booking (change the descriptive name of your booking, eg "Trip to Penang in May" - kindly note this is not a name change function)
How to view and manage your booking:

  • Go to https://book.malaysiaairlines.com/itd/itd/lang/en/reservations
  • You can also click on Manage My Booking link available under Booking & Info and inside the online booking pages.
  • If you are a registered user, you can login as a member. If you choose to access as a guest, you can only view your travel information. Member login is required for guests in order to make booking changes.
Please note that:
  • Manage My Booking facility is available for bookings made after 21 Jan 2010 only.
  • Currently online flight change is applicable for bookings made online at malaysiaairlines.com and for domestic flights only.
  • If the original fare paid is not available, the booking may be subject to an upgrade fee to the subsequent fare level.
  • Any changes to your booking are subject to the fare rules and conditions of your original and replacement flight.
  • Name change and flight cancellation are not allowed. Please contact our call center or ticketing offices if you have these requirements.
