EXCESS BAGGAGE CHARGES
Should your check-in baggage exceed the amount stated on your ticket, you may be required to pay the extra charges before we can check them into your flight. All payments of excess baggage charges should be made at the airport upon check-in.
Excess baggage charges for live animal or domestic pet
Please be advised that live animal or domestic pet shall not be included in the free baggage allowance but shall constitute excess baggage for which the passenger must pay the applicable charges.
a. If flight sector apply weight system, the charge is based on 1.5% of the highest normal direct adult one-way Economy Class fare (in local currency) for each kilogram.
b. Animal weight plus the cage.
c. In case the weight of live animal and its cage is less than 5 kg, a minimum of 5 kg will be charged.
d. If flight sector apply piece system, the charge is based on the extra piece as excess baggage rate.
Guide dogs accompanying sight or hearing impaired passengers, together with containers and food, will be carried free of charge in addition to the free baggage allowance.
