Web Check-in
Our fast and simple Web Check-in online facility enables you to check-in, select your preferred
seat and print your boarding pass conveniently from your home or the office. You can also use
it to update your Enrich number.

Who can use it?
Any E-Ticket holder with a confirmed booking. Available for groups of up to 9 passengers.


When can I check-in?
You can check-in online 48 hours to 90 minutes before your departure time.
Web check-in is currently not available for check-in from Brunei, Kunming, Los Angeles, Xiamen and the following sectors: Kuala Lumpur–Los Angeles, Taipei–Los Angeles, Sydney–Kuala Lumpur and Male–Kuala Lumpur.
 
For travel to Sabah and Sarawak, please bring your valid passport, MyKad, MyKid or Birth Certificate (for children below 12 years old). For travel to regional and international destinations, please bring your valid passport (minimum 6 months validity) and visa, if required.
 
6 simple steps to check-in


Go to Web Check-in . Choose an identification option and fill in your details. You can either use:

  • E-Ticket number

  • Name/Flight details

  • Enrich card number



If you travel in a party, select the passengers you wish to check-in.




For multiple flight segments, select the segments you wish to check in.




Provide more of your details, as regulated by arrival countries.




That's it, you're checked-in!




You can also change your seat and add or update your Enrich number.




Print your boarding pass and bring it along to the airport.



Go paperless with Web-to-Mobile


  • Instead of printing it, you may choose to send your boarding pass to your mobile.

  • Bring your mobile phone to the airport and retrieve the 2D barcode mobile boarding pass.

  • The barcode can be scanned at airport security checkpoints and at the gate during boarding.

Please note: Web-to-Mobile check-in is currently only applicable for all domestic flights departing from Alor Setar,
Langkawi, Penang, Kota Bharu, Kuala Terengganu, Kuantan, Johor Bahru, Kuala Lumpur, Kota Kinabalu, Kuching,
Sandakan, Tawau, Miri, Sibu, Bintulu, Labuan; all flights from Kuala Lumpur to Singapore; all flights from
Singapore to Langkawi, Penang, Kuala Lumpur, Kuching and Kota Kinabalu.
I’ve checked-in at home and printed my boarding pass, so what’s next?
Without check-in baggage

  • Domestic - Head straight to boarding gate.

  • Other destinations - Proceed to Self Check-in Service Counter for travel documents verification not
    later than 60 minutes before departure.


With check-in baggage

  • All destinations - Bring along your printed boarding pass and travel documents to MAS Check-in/Bag
    Drop Counter not later than 60 minutes before departure.
