STEP 1: Book via our Call Centre at 1-300-88-3000 (toll-free)
STEP 2: Pay via Kawanku ATM
To begin your MASET transaction at a Kawanku ATM, simply insert your card and enter your PIN.

 | 1: Select PAYMENT from the Main Menu |
 | 2: Select OTHER PAYMENTS from the PAYMENT TO ACCOUNT screen |
 | 3: Select MALAYSIA AIRLINES from the PAYMENT TO ACCOUNT screen |
 | 4: Select your Account type |
 | 5: Key in the TRANSACTION NUMBER, then press 'YES' to confirm - otherwise, press 'NO' |
 | 6: The above important notice is displayed. |
 | 7: Confirmation screen will be displayed; then press 'YES' to confirm - otherwise, press 'NO' |
 | 8: Once your transaction is successful, the system will print the receipt. Please retain your receipt for travel reissue or refund at the MAS office. |
