If you were
not able to answer Yes to all of the questions below you will
not be eligible for a refund under our MAS Lowest Price Promise scheme.
Did you book your original itinerary through
www.malaysiaairlines.com?
- Are you submitting your claim form by midnight on day of purchase of your Malaysia Airlines Itinerary?
- Do your flight numbers start with MH prefix (for example MH2547), but excluding flight numbers in the range MH3000-MH3999? (The MLPP does not apply to flights where Malaysia Airlines is not the operating carrier or to MASWings Flights which are in the range MH3000-MH3999)
- Did you select the lowest fare available for the class of purchase (Economy, Business, First)?
- Is the itinerary purchased on www.malaysiaairlines.com and the competing itinerary identical? (same times, dates, number of passengers, cabin etc)
- Is the competing fare quoted in MYR?
- Can you purchase the competing fare on the website? If yes, please provide a screen shot of the fare quote page from the said website.
If you were
not able to answer Yes to all of the questions above you will
not be eligible for a refund under our MAS Lowest Price Promise scheme.
