Subang, 12 June 2014: Golden Holidays, the tour operating arm of award-winning Malaysia Airlines, is proud to announce the opening of its flagship service centre at KL Sentral.
As part of the recent rebranding of Golden Holidays and refinement of its business model, the flagship service centre aims to enhance access and availability to customers as well as trade partners.
According to Golden Holidays Vice President, John Felix, “Our new flagship service center will enable Golden Holidays to create and sustain brand awareness. Its convenient location in popular KL Sentral makes it easy to access. With a colourful, exuberant and inviting interior design that embodies the excitement in our logo, we look forward to welcoming more customers. By embracing the ‘full of life’ motto, Golden Holidays’ flagship service centre is designed to provide personalized one-to-one travel consultation in a colourful and comfortable ambiance, complimented with a special destination-themed postcard wall to spark ideas for customers’ next dream vacation.
Golden Holidays service centre is located next to Malaysia Airlines Journey Gateway and City Check-in at Level 1, KL Sentral and opens from Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.
