Malaysia Airlines Cancels Flights To Kuching For Today
Subang, 11 January 2011 : Malaysia Airlines flights to and from Kuching today have been disrupted due to the temporary closure of the runway at Kuching International Airport. Other flights to or from other destinations to Kuching have also been affected.
The only 2 flights that will be operating out of Kuching for today will be:-
- Kuching to Kuala Lumpur (MH2515) departing at 2.05pm
- Kuching to Kuala Lumpur (MH2597) departing at 8.00pm

Passengers on the affected flights have several options:
- Re-book on the next available flight tomorrow, however this is subject to the re-opening of Kuching airport.
- Change the travel date at no fee (regardless of ticket type) by 18 January 2011.
- Get a full refund depending on the terms and conditions of the fare type. Restricted tickets can be converted to a travel voucher with a 3-month validity.
