Overview
As professionals in the aviation industry, the dynamics and operations of an airline must be appreciated as one built on specialisation. Divisions function alike to an SME , with P&Ls , targets, KPIs and varying personnel to name a few.
Providing the holistic view and approach, it is imperative for one to be equipped with sufficient knowledge on the workings and components of an airline.
